Can you believe it, Holidays are over, School’s back and we are quickly approaching the most exciting time in Adelaide! YES it’s Fringe time and the Adelaide Fringe is here this month!! We are so grateful that it is all going ahead, and we are super excited that Prospect is a big part of that with Fringe On Tour! And of course so are we, bringing back our famous Paint Parties – This time 4 nights!!
A VERY SUCCESSFUL CHILDREN’S MISSION
Firstly a Thank you… After a great month of collecting through December, we were thrilled that we could continue collecting more donations during January. Thank you so much to everyone who contributed, the community and children of Zambia will be thrilled to be welcomed at the hospice with these goodies.
OUR MONTHLY ARTIST AND FRINGE EVENT….
We are super excited to welcome back CAROLINE FOX to SJ’s.
For those of you who don’t know, Caroline studied at the North Adelaide School of Art and has had a lot of different aspects to her artistic career. When she took part in her first SALA exhibition, she then became runner-up for the Fringe Poster in 2016. After that, she was lucky to sell out her first solo show and was invited to do a mural at The Rhino Room. The year after that Caroline was chosen as one of six artists to be focused on in SA Weekend for The Advertiser, then chosen as one of five female artists to watch in Adelaide for International Women’s Day in 2017.
As most of you would know, Caroline has held 3 successful paint parties at SJ Establishment, and with FRINGE starting this month we will hold 4 more parties together. SIP great wines, PAINT yourself a masterpiece and ENJOY great music and company .
