Here at SJ Establishment, we have spent 2021 as AHIA Australian Creative Team of the Year! last week it was announced that we’re in the running for the title for the second year running! The team are thrilled to be in such an incredible Australian line up of talent, and again as the only Adelaide Hair salon team.

This year’s collection CIRCA 66 was inspired by the pages of Vintage vogue magazines from the 60’s -70’s, recreating these famous faces but embracing this era of change. We asked…. If Farrah and Twiggy were alive today and came to sit in our chair, what would we do with their signature looks?? Safe to say there was a lot of fun with hair, makeup, styling and overall behind the scenes antics.

For me, as Creative Director it was a very proud couple of days shooting. To watch the growth of every team member that was apart of last years collection, and the new ones that were inspired and did an amazing job in only their first few weeks at SJ’s, it truly was full of laughter and beautiful work that I’m so proud to use to represent our brand.
